Description: A fluffy delight, these pancakes will elevate your breakfast experience. Makes about 12 pancakes.

Additional Ingredients:
1 Egg
12oz Evaporated Milk
1/4c Melted Butter
2t Vanilla extract or 1t Vanilla Paste.
Unrefined Coconut Oil (for pan)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until just mixed .Preheat skillet to low. Add coconut oil to the pan. Add approx 1/4c batter to the pan and spread out gently with the back of the measuring cup. Flip once the underside is golden and the bubbles begin to appear/pop. Remove when golden brown and serve immediately. Top with Elderberry Breakfast Syrup or Maple Syrup.
