Description: Made with our Aristocrat Dutch Processed Cocoa Powder and bittersweet chocolate, these brownies are a rich, dark, and delightful treat. Makes one 8x8 pan.
Allergens: Wheat (Gluten), Dairy
Additional Ingredients: 2 Eggs 3T Heavy Cream 1/2c Melted Butter 2t Vanilla extract or 1t Vanilla Paste.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until just mixed. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan and bake for ~35 minutes at 325 degrees.
How to tell if they are done? Edges should be raised and firm if lightly pressed, while center will still be slightly sunken. The brownie tops will no longer be glossy. A toothpick will not come out clean. This will make brownies with a rich, fudge-y center. If you prefer brownies to not be as fudge-y, bake about 5-8 minutes longer, until the toothpick comes out mostly clean.
