Description: Made with a blend of almonds and pecans, these cookies are a delightful treat. This baking mix is made using nut flours, and is a gluten-free product.

Makes 12 cookies or one crust.
Additional Ingredients:
1/2c Melted Butter
2t Vanilla extract or 1t Vanilla Paste.
12 half-pecans (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.This can be done easier by hand - fold and press until there are no remaining crumbs
Press into a 2T (1oz) scoop, making sure it is level. Drop on pan and lightly press with the back of the scoop to flatten to about 1/2" thick.
Press a half pecan on top.
Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
This mix can also be used as a gluten free crust! Mix as directed, then press into the bottom of your pie or cheesecake pan. Par-bake for 8 minutes, then add your filling and bake as directed.
